Workshop on Financial Literacy in Delhi Public School, Dhenkanal

AFLC organized a workshop on Financial Literacy in Delhi Public School, Dhenkanal, on 6 December 2019. Founder D Mishra, Adviser S Choudhury and guest speaker Mr. Asutosh, Manager, Dhenkanal branch of HDFC Bank conducted the program. Dr. Bora, the Principal welcomed the gathering. Mr. Mishra explained the basics of banking, banking structure in India, SACHET Scheme Mr. Choudhury explained Financial Awareness Messaging ( FAME) and gave an outline of RBI functioning. Mr. Asutosh explained digital banking, e-commerce, etc. A financial quiz was conducted. Certificates and prizes were distributed to 10 successful participants. In all, 65 students participated in the program.
